Every verified human accrues 1 UBI per hour, continuously. Streams extend account-to-account in real time — each mints soulbound stream NFTs.

Without PoH, UBI is a faucet for bots. The baseline is social vouching, adjudicated by an AI juror quorum at temperature zero. A friend already in the network vouches; disputes resolve deterministically; you get a soulbound PoH NFT. No passport required — nobody is excluded. For stronger assurance, an optional ZK Passport tier proves humanity from your phone's NFC chip without revealing anything personal. UBI never depends on which tier you used.
Every verified human accrues 1 UBI per hour, continuously — derived from on-chain time, not a periodic mint. Open a stream to another account and your income redirects in real time. Each stream mints two soulbound NFTs you can see in MetaMask, one for each side.

If a supermajority agree on a canonical structured output, it commits. Otherwise the tx aborts deterministically. Intent-as-law, not code-as-law.
status 0.The same Rust runtime that powers validators compiles, unchanged, to WebAssembly. A browser tab or phone app becomes a verifying light node: re-executing every block and matching the state root. A lying gateway is caught, not believed.
UBI speaks standard EVM JSON-RPC over HTTP and WebSocket. MetaMask adds the devnet as a custom network. Streams, vouches, verifications, and prompt-contract calls are all EIP-155 transactions to system hub addresses — so a signature in MetaMask is all you need.

Sequenced to retire the riskiest assumption with the smallest demoable step. M1–M4 are shipped: EVM RPC + wallet, streaming + stream NFTs, AI proof-of-humanity, and prompt contracts.
